Starting a blog

Hello, my name is Kensey June, and I am five months old.
Since everyone has been asking about me, I thought I would go ahead and create a place where you can keep in touch. I have been doing great. I getting bigger everyday and my parents say pretty soon I 'll be driving! I am just learning how to sit up in a chair, so I'm still a little wobbly. Here are some recent pictures.

I love my new princess ballerina outfit! I've had a lot of fun showing it off to everyone. I have been in a great mood today and I finally slept most of the night last night. I know my parents were really proud of me!

I love playing dress up with Mom. She always finds weird stuff for me to chew on. Oh, by the way, I have started teething. Yep, I am really excited to think that I will be able to eat some real food sometime soon.

This is another picture of me in that cute ballerina outfit.

This is my favorite picture in the whole wide world. This was taken at my first Alabama game. My daddy is a huge fan, so I had to cheer really loud.
Even though Auburn won, my daddy says we're still Bama fans.
Sorry cousin Brandon!

I Love Snow!

This was my first snow and oh how I loved it. My parent's made me the coolest snowman ever. It was just my size. I was a little afraid at first because the snowman was pretty cold when I touched him. We decided to name him Bama, and he stayed around for supper that night.

Here is Mom, Bama, and me in the snow.

Here is my Daddy. I think he is so handsome. He is definitely my top man!

After a long day of fun in the snow I was sure ready for a nap.

My First Experience with Food!

Well... Mom and Dad decided to let me try some real food. As they put me in my high chair, I began to think, "OK, what's going on?". Soon reality set in. I was in a big person chair all by myself. I needed some type of distraction and fast.

The first bite was horrible.

Where is my bottle? I tired not to panic, but it wasn't easy! I didn't want Mom and Dad to think I wasn't grateful, but this food was really awful. I tried to resist but they just kept trying to feed me! They even made those ridiculous plane noises. Where was my dog Allie when I really needed her?

OK, so maybe it wasn't that bad after all. So I over reacted just a tiny bit.
I am my mother's child ya know?

Look for a new blog soon!
My mom is coming so I gotta run.

Kensey is getting bigger everyday. She is a true blessing from God. Joseph and I often wonder what we did to deserve such a gift. With the Lord by your side, anything is possible!
